Dental Services Missed Appointment Charge

Beginning March 1, patients who do not show for a scheduled appointment will be charged $25 per unit of missed time (one unit = 15 minutes).

Example: No-show for 45 minute appt. = $75 charge

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the Dental Service as soon as possible (preferably at least 24 hours in advance) at 617-495-2063 opt. 3 to help us maintain access to services. 

Informing us of your cancellation allows other patients the opportunity to receive dental services within a reasonable time.
