Compliance with Massachusetts Immunization Law is an enrollment requirement for all Harvard University students. In order to register for courses, students must provide a complete immunization history by the deadlines shown below. Students are encouraged to review the requirements promptly to allow time to obtain and submit documentation.

Incomplete or overdue forms may delay registration
Note: Hepatitis B immunizations require a series of three injections over a six-month period. Students who are not yet immunized against Hepatitis B are expected to complete at least two injections prior to registration. |
