Health Information by Topic

Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) wants to partner with you to promote optimal health and well-being. To help you understand your health, alleviate concerns, and make more informed decisions, we offer a variety of health resources and information, both online and on-site.

The Center for Wellness, located on the 2nd floor of HUHS at Holyoke Center, also offers a variety of health resources, including health brochures, a lending library, and community talks and events.  These are also available and open to all Harvard affiliates.

Remember too that your HUHS clinician is a primary source of information for your health needs. He or she can provide you with individualized education as well as appropriate materials and resources specific to your health care needs.

Lending Library
HUHS has a free lending library where members of the Harvard community can borrow CDs, tapes, and DVDs, with a focus on exercise, relaxation and stress management.  Health-related books, magazines, and newsletters are also available to view in the library during regular hours.  The library is located in the Center for Wellness Resource Room on the second floor of HUHS at Holyoke Center and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You must have a Harvard or HUGHP I.D. to participate in this program.  For more information, contact the Center for Wellness at 617-495-9629.
