# Care Coordination ## expand\_more ## Care Coordination Overview Care Coordination's Social Work Case Managers are available to help students, employees, and retirees who receive their primary care at HUHS. We can support you in making informed decisions about your medical, social, emotional, insurance, and vocational issues related to injury or illness. Our goal is to assist you in navigating the health care system and in getting the care you need. We do not make decisions for you but rather help give you the tools you need to do so.
