## Nutrition Overview

- HUGHP members can now schedule Nutrition appointments on the Patient Portal! - Our Registered Dietitians (RDs) are uniquely qualified to:
    - Counsel you to help manage specific health concerns or conditions, such as diabetes, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal conditions, food allergies, and eating concerns/disorders.
    - Advise you based on your personal needs, including sports nutrition, vegetarian/vegan nutrition, improving nutritional balance, becoming a competent eater, and weight management.
- Providers are available for scheduled telemedicine and onsite visits during operating hours.
- Would you like to request that a member of the HUHS Nutrition Department attend your event or host community outreach? Please fill out our [**request form**](#request-form).
