## Commitment to Quality

Patient satisfaction is an important measure of our performance in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. HUHS collects, analyzes, and acts on patient feedback as part of its continuous improvement efforts.

## Patient Feedback

The [**HUHS Patient Advocate**](/patient-advocate "Patient Advocate") reviews patient comments, suggestions, and opinions to measure the overall level of patient satisfaction. Patients may contact the Patient Advocate by phone, email, written correspondence, or make an appointment in person or virtually. Patients may also complete an online feedback form on the [**Patient Advocate webpage**](/patient-advocate "Patient Advocate").
